About Courtney

I have been a nanny for over 25 years, specialized in newborns through school age. A big part of my job is setting up for new babies and organizing and creating safe and engaging spaces for children to grow and explore. I tend to follow Montessori philosophies combined with my years of experience to create spaces individualized to maximize learning through play. I have very high attention for details and safety, it's important for a child's bedroom to be a safe space they can be in alone from day one. I can create systems to cycle through a minimal number of toys, which includes donating and reutilizing things they already have in order to foster community, creativity and steer children away from excess and waste.
