As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds while practicing responsive care. With 20 years of experience, I have honed my skills in fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I am known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor, which helps me connect with children on a personal level. My approach to communication is centered around transparency, providing parents with daily written reports and regular updates via their preferred method. I believe in aligning with the parents' guidelines to ensure consistency for the child. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, from outdoor sports to educational games that stimulate their learning and curiosity (Sunlight, movement and educational stimulation are important in my approach). I hold certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and I have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I look forward to hearing from you!
