My im Courtney!!! I work for a leasing property that takes pride in having market ready homes. We go through and extensive training process to make sure homes are clean prepped and fixed to be rented back out! One of our processes that is the last step before our homes are rented out it's called a sparkle process, which I am in charge of doing and making sure the house is clean and ready for the new family.
