Courtney was amazing! I will HIGHLY recommend Courtney to anyone, friends, family, and strangers. My wife and I hired her to help schedule and view an apartment in Portsmouth NH as we are in Texas. She responded to our request quickly and was also able to schedule the viewing the same day! She even waited for the realtor as the realtor was running behind schedule. Courtney is very responsive and kept in contact all throughout the job request. She was very detailed with the photos and notes she took about the apartment. She also took a video that showcased even more details and nuances about the apartment that do not show up in pictures. She provided all photos, notes, and video of the home in a timely manner after the apartment viewing (the same day). She was able to understand our sense of urgency and exceeded our expectations in all aspects, from communication to the details. Courtney's rate was very fair.
