Courtney was great with my 3yo daughter, she seemed like a fun and playful sitter. My daughter loved her. However, 1 week after I hired her, she took another job and left me with no notice. This was hard since I had turned down other sitters. The right thing to do would have been to give me some notice. It really left me in a bind.
