Courtney was our full-time nanny for almost a year. She started when our daughter was only 6 weeks old and has taken wonderful care of her. Courtney is responsible and trustworthy, and I always felt confident that our daughter was in great hands. She happily followed the schedule we had set for our daughter and was very flexible when we needed to alter or change something in that schedule. She is a good communicator, consistently on time, and helped us tackle many of the challenges that come with being a first time parent. Our daughter (and dogs!) would light up when Courtney arrived every morning, which I think speaks for itself!
