About Courtney

Hi there. I have taken a year of early education classes at Quincy College, and I am now changing my major to nursing with a pediatric focus. I am a dedicated worker and I absolutely love children. I did a semester internship at the Murphy Elementary School, in Weymouth MA in 2007. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and am also certified for children's yoga. I have taught many girl scout classes and loved every second of it. I am a firm believer that children should be outside, as much as possible playing and just being children. I am not a huge fan of watching TV and playing video games. A child's imagination is an amazing thing and video games/television do not promote using their imaginations. I have been very lucky with the families I have cared for; they have all become family to me! I would love the opportunity to be able to nanny for you and your family!
