About Courtnee

I'm currently a substitute teacher working my way through college to get my special education K-12 and early elementary degree. I grew up with six sets of grandparents and they were/are important to me. In the last year and a half, I've lost 5 grandparents, 3 of them biological in a 9 month time span. Getting to be a companion to the elderly would help ease the huge holes in my heart. I miss my grandparents more than words can even explain. I'm grateful for the 37 years I was able to spend with them. I want to be a companion and spend time with people who might be lonely. I'm willing to read to them, play card/board games with them, start an tv series with them, and just sit and listen to their stories. I've always enjoyed listening to my grandparents stories.
