About Courage

Hello there! My name is Courage and I am 21 years old. I am CPR certified, with 9 years of childcare experience and 2 years of geriatric care experience. I am a proud auntie to two boys. I love to paint, hike, and spend quality time with my family. I have 3 years of experience working in a classroom setting. With ages ranging from 18 months-10 years old. I also have experience with taking care of newborns. I find it imperative to not only watch your kids but to foster learning and creativity as well. I have worked in geriatrics for the past two years as a home healthcare pro. I have experience with Hoyer-lifts, catheter bags, bed baths, vital checking, and medication prep. My favorite thing about working with older people is listening to their stories. So many times we begin to get busy with life and forget to sit down with the elders in our family.
