About Coumba

Hello! I hope this message finds you well. My name is Coumba. I am 26 years old and pursuing my clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy at GWU. I have experience working in inpatient rehabilitation for my clinical rotation and with kids with autism as a behavioral technician in clinic and home settings. I have been babysitting in the DMV for over 2 years now and have worked with all kids including children with disability. I am very excited to provide services for families I work with and aim to build a good relationship and rapport with everyone involved in the process. I am looking to provide these services while I complete school. I am a very calm, creative, patient, insightful/knowledgeable, and caring individual who truly enjoys hanging out with kids. My aim while supervising kids is to always ensure a safe, fun, and educational space even if it's through play, and to maximize my time with them by meeting them at their level and keeping them engaged in meaningful ways.
