Cosette worked for our family for nearly 3 years, in a variety of capacities, before she moved from Nashville to Los Angeles. We adored her and would enthusiastically recommend her to any family with comparable needs to ours. Cosette initially began working with us as a periodic babysitter in the evenings before quickly becoming an afternoon nanny mainly helping with after school logistics for our 2 older children (elementary school age) before eventually becoming our full time nanny including care for our youngest (preschool) child. Cosette has a gift for connecting with children and quickly formed strong personal bonds with all of our children - whether through imaginative games with our youngest daughter to belting our Taylor Swift with our middle child to playing basketball in the yard with our son. She was a constantly joyful presence in our home, took time to understand our values and expectations for the children so she could always be consistent with us, and never hesitated to ask what more she could do around the house or to help us. Most importantly she invested in the kids and was always there for them emotionally. Responsibilities ranged from transporting the kids after school and managing their afternoon / early evening logistics to laundry for the kids and basic tidying up around the house, basic meal prep and shopping for the kids when needed, and other similar duties. We consider her part of our family and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
