When I was a teen I started working in daycares and eventually went into being an aid in elementary sped classes. I also took early childhood ed classes in high school and college. More recently I was doing home health care work for one client that needed full time care as she is in a motorized wheelchair. I have wonderful references if you'd like someone to call! I have two young children myself (12 & 8) so I understand things from a parent's point of view as well as a care-taker.
