About Corey

I am a former elementary school teacher with over 10 years of experience & the mother of 2 older children. I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, creating a nurturing & engaging environment. I am very experienced with children on the autism spectrum. I love creating engaging activities, including art projects, & enjoy spending time with kids of all ages. I am often described as fun, calm, patient, and clear when communicating rules & expectations. I strive to provide a positive, consistent, & reliable presence in children's lives. I adore babies, watching as they become more interactive almost each day. I loved dancing & singing with my kids as babies. I taught them bits of sign language to help them communicate. We did lots of read alouds & playing. I'd enjoy doing this with a little one again. I am CPR certified, have a clean background & driving record, & reliable transportation. I am also an animal lover & comfortable in homes with pets.
