Consuelo watched our newborn baby full time while we were waiting for our Au pair to arrive in the U.S., and we highly recommend her! She is an expert with newborns and very professional. She is always educating herself on newborns. She would send me pages of newborn books she was reading and share YouTube videos about tummy time. In a short period of time, she even helped us get our newborn on a nap schedule. As a first time parent, I was grateful for her expertise. She always has great, informed recommendations, but she is also good about letting the parents make their own decisions. She was willing to follow any rules or guidelines I had regarding my baby. In addition, she was more than willing to track every nap, feeding and diaper change in our app :-). She's also very serious about COVID-19. Consuelo is overall friendly and enjoyable to have around. We highly recommend her as a caretaker!
