Hello, I'm Constance! Over the years, I have enjoyed creating a safe and fun environment for children in my family and for close friends while they were in my care. I've also had the opportunity to serve young people during my 11 year career working in public education and also at my church children's ministry. I have a Master's degree in Administration. Constance started off on the right foot with a video check in and some insightful questions. i especially appreciated her enthusiastic endorsement of our no screens policy (modeling no screen life, is a challenge in this day and age!). she was timely, friendly with the little one, and was reading with her at pick-up time (yes! encouraging a love of reading!). would definitely hire again
