I have 30 Years Experience In The Health Care Field. I am certified in the state of il. as a c. n. a over the years I have worked for nursing homes, adult foster care homes where I was responsible for 7 clients at a time ensuring there safety , following their individual care plans, maintaining a clean atmoshere, taking clients on outings and working on there individual behavioral plans. I have worked with young adults to assist in maintaining there own homes so they can become independant. assisted with meal planning and cooking, grocery shopping, transfers to doctor appts. or just plain having a lunch date. use of accucheck machines, diabetic friendly meals, I have worked with several clients with different health conditions such as multiple sclerosis, alsheimers, mentally ill, hospice and someone just needing a companion. I would be willing to do housekeeping and pet care also. anything to make the client happy and compfortable. I am very nurturing, trustworthy and reliable.
