About Connor

Hi, I'm Connor, and I am a 21-year-old with a passion for working with children! I'm the eldest sibling in my family, as well as the eldest grandchild out of 10, and have been babysitting since age 9. I've also been a part of multiple summer childcare programs, and this is where my love for working with kids professionally really began. I have experience working with many age groups, ranging from 4 weeks to 12 years, but my favorite ages to care for are infants and 4-6-year-olds. I strongly believe in compassion based care. Fostering a warm and welcoming presence for children to learn and grow creatively is so important, and I make it my mission to support those I care for to the best of my abilities. I enjoy setting up activities that reflect the child's interest, as well as encourage them to learn and express themselves. In my personal time I love cooking, baking, honing my trapeze skills, writing music, and playing tabletop games with my friends. I look forward to meeting you!
