Conchi was the best fit we could have found for the position. We were lucky enough to hire her for the summer of 2019. She took care of my daughter who was 2 y. old at the time when we hired her. She treated her like family since day one. After talking to Conchi during the first phone interview, my husband and I had a very good first impression. We met her the next day at my house and she was hired before she left our place. Conchi is truly passionate about kids, she enjoys teaching kids and also learning from them. She will help your family grow in many different aspects. She is willing to help you with anything that you ask. I even asked her for help that was not related to her job description and she was always willing to adapt and help. She is caring, responsible, reliable and fun to be around. I myself had a lot of fun with her. We're really blessed to have her with us for 3 months until my baby went to daycare. You will not be disappointed if you hire her
