Colleen has been working in my home on a part-time basis since January '22. She consistently arrives on time and begins interacting with my child as soon as she walks in the door. Colleen almost always has a special activity planned for the day and lets us know in advance if her plans involve leaving the home. She reads to our child often and encourages play time and exploration. Colleen does a great job of keeping my child's routine but adapts easily to any requests we ask of her. She sends pictures and updates and provides of a recap of my child's day before leaving.
