About Colleen

I'm an experienced childcare provider with eight years of experience who believes that every child deserves to grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment. Currently, I work as a teacher at the Sunshine House which provides me with the experience to work with children. My passion for caring for children also stems from my positive experiences in Children's occupational therapy, nannying, and tutoring. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly approach, which helps me connect with children and create a positive atmosphere. I prioritize open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day or any concerns that arise. I enjoy engaging children in various activities that promote learning and development, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. My diverse skill set includes CPR training and coursework in early child development, which enhances my ability to provide quality care.
