Colleen has been the answer to our prayers. She has become like part of the family and we are all working together as a care team for my parents. She is here to care for dad, but mom has already asked if Colleen will be here for her after Dad is gone. She communicates well, she is extremely patient and tolerates cranky and even mean episodes with grace and is loving and supportive to all of us. She is monitoring dad's skin and keeping ahead of any issues he might have. He is happy and calm when she is here, and mom appreciates Colleen's input and ideas. I feel very blessed to know her and glad she is on my team!
