About Colleen

I've spent the last 10 years as a licensed massage and Craniosacral therapist as well as a level II Reiki practitioner. I have owned my own practice both in New York and Florida as well as been employed at chiropractors offices and spas. I believe healing happens when a person feels safe, seen and supported and I strive to provide a safe space for anyone in my presence regardless of the type of interaction. Before my LMT days, I worked in a nursing home as a CNA and cared for seniors and those with disabilities in their homes as a Home Health Aid. I have also provided home visits as a Family Support Worker through Catholic Charities. Aside from work, I am a mom of a 21 yr old son and 16 yr old daughter, and two cats. I truly enjoy lending a helping hand where I can and providing care to the best of my ability.
