Hi! I'm Colin. I grew up in Arvada and just love Colorado. I am a dog whisperer, game player, and smile-maker with a trade diploma in game design and a background in computers. I love to bring fun and imagination into everything I do! I am currently working full time at an escape room here in Denver while also working on an undergraduate degree in engineering. My wife and I got married mid-pandemic and hope to have our own kids soon! Most recently, I helped with a pair of older boys that needed after school care and cooking. In addition to that I spent a lot of time with families that had infants before preschool and older kids that were going to school everyday, newborns that were not even a month old, and toddlers that were just learning to teeter around. My first experience pre-pandemic was with twin 12-year-olds that also just needed somebody to be there for them! I enjoy spending time with kids of all ages and definitely don't mind helping with light housekeeping and meal prep.

Colin was with our family for 6 months, and he was wonderful with our two kids! He primarily watched our youngest who was 4 month when he started, and he was so great with him and very helpful around the house with kids stuff. Did a great job with picking up toys, kids laundry and switching out the kids sizes & also did a great job helping me plan and set up a birthday party. Our 2.5 year old was home with him on occasion, and he instantly connected with Colin. On the days our older son was at preschool, Colin would often set up Magna tile structures for our son to enjoy smashing when he got home! They love having him babysit as well. We both work from home, and Colin was so great about keeping the baby active and occupied! Our nephews also visited when Colin was around (ages 5&7), and they also loved to play with Colin- he is very engaging. I highly recommend Colin for any aged kid. He was super flexible and easy to communicate with!
