Hi, my name is Colby! I am excited to get to know kiddos and their families. I have a passion to work with disabled kiddos. I have a ton of paid experience in the group home setting and as a Positive Behavior Support Specialist. I also do not shy away from challenging behaviors. On top of my work experience, I have a son who is Autistic and non-verbal as well. My schedule is pretty flexible from the hours of 10:30am-8 p.m. I do however, occasionally need some days off to attend my son's appointments. I look forward to meeting you!
