I enjoy working with this population because I feel it is our job as Educators/ care takers to prepare our children for real life by taking them out into the Community and showing them what they need to know. I believe children will do well in any environment when you encouraging them and showing them their strength and praising and rewarding their accomplishment. Since I work for a school, I am available from 2:30 on.
