Hello I'm Clayton and I'm a Registered Nurse. I've been an RN since 2020. I currently work full time on a medical/surgical floor at a hospital in Fort Worth. Prior to becoming an RN I worked as an EMT on an ambulance for 5 years. I have been married for over 10 years and have 2 small children. I generally work either fri/sat/sun or thurs/fri/sat at my full time job. I'm available to help with temporary or occasional care. Things I can do for you would be: -Help you transition from the hospital or facility to your home. -Assist with managing medications and setting up pill boxes. -Educating on disease process and medications. -taking vitals and assessing/advising on whether medical treatment should be requested. -bathing, dressing, and all activities of daily life. -Performing wound care. -etc.
