I worked at Maryland School for the Deaf. I have experience in after-school program activities with elementary, middle school and high school students. I worked as a full-time high school girls student life counselor and left my job so that I can be home for my special needs (autism) high school son and watch him participate in Special Olympics Tennis, Bocce, and Track- also take him to music therapy. I am hard of hearing and I am an excellent lip reader & hear with my hearing aid. I can teach sign language and I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid. I am flexible to be able to work during daytime hours, date nights, and weekends. My husband and I have two cars so I can work out a schedule with him. I love to read books and play board games and try arts and crafts & go to playgrounds, etc.
