Certified Caregiver and med-tech! Hi thank you for your consideration. I'm a long term caregiver and medtech. I have a physical therapy asst. background. I have been a personal trainer up in Idaho where I received my Physical Therapy asst cert. many years ago I have worked in hospice, with traumatic brain injuries, with rehab, folks with cancer, many folks with dementia and Alzheimer's. I have spent a few years working within facilities where I did rounds working one on one with the residents and passing meds as well as helping with everything from organizing family care, managing information with their PCP's regarding changes or medication/health information, as well help with apts etc. I have also spent the past few years working privately helping families- doing everything from organizing, cooking, med management, transportation, companionship, to helping with designing new living spaces to accommodate new mobility devices.
