About Claudia

Hello! I have been working in a nursing home facility for a year now on a PRN basis and am looking for similar jobs outside of my facility to diversify my experience and help a wider variety of individuals. I work primarily with dementia residents, but I also occasionally work with assisted living residents. I love what I do. I may not be an official CNA, but I do the duties of one and would be more than happy to give you a number to call my boss to verify my employment and skills! I work overnight at my facility and routinely assist my residents with their activities of daily living, included but not limited to dressing, hygiene, toileting and perineal care, and eating. I love my job and have become incredibly close with my residents, and I have educated myself on dementia and the unique needs that can come with it. I am passionate about using empathy to relate to people whose view of the world is different than mine, as everyone deserves to feel understood and genuinely cared about.
