Experience with all stages of dementia, stroke, aphasia, closed head injuries, cancer, diabetes, wound care, paraplegia, kidney failure. I have been employed in the ER as a tech. Dialysis Tech. Home care provider since 2000. I engage with the client on their level. Promoting Montessori method with dementia clients, which is engage and try keep our loved one, feeling needed and useful. I try to retain and regain what my client's needs are. It's more than a job, this is my passion.
