About Claudia

I was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to the United States when I was 21 years old. Upon arriving to the U. S. I studied English and Early Childhood Education at Miami Dade College. For the past 13 years I have worked in childcare and education with children ranging from newborns to8-year-olds. During that time, I have successfully worked as an assistant teacher and infant teacher at various childcare centers. In 2014 I transitioned to private childcare and began working with newborns and toddlers. As of recent, I have been with a family since 2017 where I have helped raise five beautiful girls from newborn to age eight. For my duties, I have provided the family with any support they require, be it travelling, overnight care, or other ancillary assistance. Furthermore, I am approximately midway through the completion of my bachelor's degree in early childhood education, and I am certified in first aid and basic life support.
