I'm a Neuroscience PhD student conducting clinical research on Parkinson's disease. I have a fellowship with an FAU affiliated outreach group, ASCEND, where teach an after school program for middle school students about neuroscience! I am involved in community events where we try and get the public involved to educate. I am artistic and create neuroscience art for educational purposes. I have experience with children throughout my undergraduate years where I babysat for a few families as side jobs while I completed my bachelors. I am an enthusiastic and compassionate person. I have received great reviews from the parents of my students in my outreach program. I do work full time completing my thesis work so my hours can be restrictive at times, however with advanced noticed, I can more often than not be accommodating. Whether you need an overnight/weekend babysitter or some child care in the evenings, I hope to be of help to your family!

Claudia has been so wonderful with our two kids (9 and 6). They look forward to her coming to babysit and they play board games and read and do other fun play/pretend (non screen :)) activities. She has always been on time/early and is so professional, but also incredibly sweet and has a super positive personality. She has watched the kids at both our home, and my in laws on the water. We both have pools as well and had no concerned about the kids being safe and supervised. She is great!
