About Clarissa

For the last 15 years I have alternated between child care and Marketing. Four months ago I made the decision to move on from Marketing and focus on helping children ages 2-7 who live with ASD and other underlined health concerns. I currently work at a clinic in Austin, Texas as a BCBA trained Behavioral Therapist. In the next few weeks I will be a Registered Behavioral Therapist. I currently work with 7 amazing children on the spectrum, on a weekly bases. I run customized programs, practice client dignity, safety, as well as positive reinforcement. I strongly believe in allowing children to be children and not taking what makes them special away. Giving your child the ability to express themselves in a safe and loving environment while giving them the skills to functionally communicate and participate in and out of the home. I would love to move my focus to helping a single family who could use an extra hand to relieve the pressures that come with being a parent.
