I tried so hard to work with Clarisa and wanted this to work even though she wasn't very energetic or loving. She picked things up quickly BUT she was extremely unreliable. Her job was to be my duaggter sitter Saturdays and Sundays yet she would call me the morning of and tell me she drank too much or call me the night before and claim that she realized she needed to do something for her Mon thru Friday job. I have a special needs child and really relied on her to be dependable and that was the opposite of what she was. I had hoped to have reduced stress by having help but she added to my stress by always canceling. She didn't seem like she enjoyed the job which is fine, but she should have given her notice rather than string me along and let me down so often. It was very mean. I just don't think she has any compassion. Now I've got to go back and research for another caregiver and re-interview and re-train. Very very frustrating.
