About Clarion

My experience in home care nursing is very broad, 22+ years. Ranging from care for independent seniors, to seniors with mental and health challenges including hospice care. A brief description (but not limited to) ADL's, duties performed; companion care, assist with daily living and hygiene care, laundry, bed changes, light meals, medication reminders, outings, (if tolerable), accompany or take to dental, doctor, hair appointments, exercising and other errands. I assist with performing range of motion as directed by physician or nurse. I assist with care in feeding, bed bound, mechanical lifts for transfers, incontinence care. I am able to communicate with pharmacies, doctors, nurses and other health care providers. I can communicate well both orally and in writing. I observe all home safety rules, including 911. I am also a CNA with a current license. I also have my own transportation and will travel.
