About Clara

Hi! My name is Clara I am 18 years old but have been working with children for many years, both for pay and as a volunteer. I have looked after children as young as 3 and as old as 13, and have learned to love and connect deeply with each unique stage of growth. For the younger kids, it is the constant little discoveries they make, and the way they can delight in any little good thing for simply being good. For the older kids, it is hearing their thoughts come together as they make sense of an exciting, unknown world and self. Any way I can facilitate a love of who and where they are, is an honor. I myself enjoy painting, biking, old books, hiking trips, and spending any afternoon at a good coffee shop. I can drive, I am CPR and lifeguard certified, have food prep experience, experience with disabled children, and I would love to get in touch!
