I didn't want to write this review at first, My friend pointed out though I should warn other people to avoid the same situation I had, and that people need to be accountable for what they've done, So there is the story: I tipped Clara 20% on $100 for her 1st time work and thank her for helping clean the house. The 2nd time, she needed to come twice to finish the work due to her course schedule, she asked to increase the hourly rate, I accepted even she asked afterwards, next day she was a bit and I had to go meet my friends, so I trusted her to ask my husband for an amount based on the hourly rate we've agreed upon. Two days later, I found out she asked my husband for $200. I questioned her math, She replied that she would no longer charge by the hour, but a flat rate. I asked her why she didn't tell me about this beforehand, and instead deceived my husband about that being the agreed upon price, to which she never responded back. So this is why I'm giving a one-star review.
