Hello Parents! I'm new to Richmond and hoping to connect with the local community. I'm getting my MFA at VCU in photography and I'm interested in photographing children because of their inhibited emotional expression - ideally in domestic settings. I moved here from Montana with my boyfriend last August so we barely know anyone in town which is making this task challenging! I am wondering if anyone would perhaps let me take photos of their kids at home in exchange for babysitting and/or prints. I am hoping to be a mother soon as well - and am extremely nurturing! I am using the photos for art and wouldn't post anything without parental consent. I look forward to hearing from you!!
