About Claire

Caring for kiddos for 20+ yrs. My love for & understanding of kiddos has grown a lot since being the neighborhood nanny. I lifeguarded in HS before receiving degrees in Psych & Child, Adult, & Family Studies. I worked at a summer camp for 4 years where I led groups of 100+ kiddos. I also volunt. weekly at the local Children's Hospital, was a Respite Care Aide for children with phys.& intellectual disabilities, interned at Special Olympics MN, & was a program leader for an after-school prog. for teens in under-resourced areas. I started my career at RMHC where I led their family services prog. In my 4 yrs. there, I planned & led family support prog. for over 10, 000 residents. I delivered prog. incl. a 13-wk summer camp, after-school prog., expressive therapies, support & wellness activities for 5-35 kiddos at a time. I moved to SF in 2020 & have held several roles at LLS & Be the Match/ NMDP since. Taking a bit of a breather from the non-profit world while finding my next best path!
