About Claire

I have a degree in interior design and a background as an artist, musician, and gardener. I am known as an empathetic listener and silly friend. My skills make me a great fit for pet care, child care, as well as elder care. My family always had pets growing up, and I've since taken on the responsibility of watching my friends' and family's dogs and cats when they are out of town. I also have experience babysitting children. My nephew is 2 years old, and I love spending time taking care of him and getting to know his wonderful personality. As far as elder care, 3 of my grandparents have lived into their 90's, so I've spent a lot of time around very elderly people who are hard of hearing, losing with memory, and who need assistance with small tasks. My grandpa came to live with my parents as he approached 100 years old, and though he was much loved, I saw the toll it took on both him and my parents to need such intensive care. I really enjoy being of assistance to people.
