I grew up in a home-based daycare setting that my mom ran for 28 years & have been an aide for my mom's childcare for over 10 years. I have 2 autistic brothers & have respite care experience. I have babysat for countless cousins, friends, neighbors, & have experience with a full range of ages. I believe in being engaging, fun, & creative, but with clear expectations, boundaries, & positivity whenever possible. I've always enjoyed working with & watching kids grow. I like to do tons of crafts & outdoor games, experiments, promote reading, & good conversation with curious kids. I have multiple references. Covid: Fully Vaccinated! Booster updated. I am still careful about avoiding crowds, remain germ conscious, and am a person who values safety.

Claire was our nanny for a year. We would have loved to keep her for another year but life paths changed. Our now 15mo daughter was one of two kids that Claire watched in a nanny-share this past year. As a work from home mom I had the rare opportunity to hear or witness every interaction with the children and I can truthfully say Claire is extremely patient and interactive- constantly reading, sing, and playing with them- all while being such a calming presence. Claire occasionally watched my older daughter and that was truly where Claire thrived. Her commitment to the pretend play games was inspiring to both my daughter and I! We happened upon Claire’s profile a year ago and it was such a blessing. If you are considering Claire, take the jump, I assure you it will be a very rewarding experience.
