As a caregiver with eight years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact young lives. I have a patient, calm, and friendly personality, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and verbal updates during pickup. I firmly believe in the importance of household rules and am very comfortable enforcing them. My approach to childcare is creative and imaginative, with a focus on engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children and have experience with age groups ranging from newborns to 11-year-olds. I have some college education and am fluent in English.
