About Claire

I am a certified teacher specializing in the humanities (ELA, social studies, social sciences) and study skills. I also have experience with IEPs, behavior plans, and ABA therapy. I am approachable, patient, and always bring a sense of humor and lightheartedness to each tutoring session. In my spare time, I like to mountain bike, spoil my senior dog, read, go to coffee shops, and be outdoors! One thing you should know about me is I always prioritize safety and comfortability. I will never push a student to complete a lesson or task they're not ready for or uncomfortable doing. Building trust is paramount to me.
