Hi my name is Claire and I am 22 from Kensington, Maryland which is right outside of Washington DC. I am a Civil Engineering major at the University of San Diego with a minor in Math. I have two younger brothers. I have been babysitting since I was 14, for families in my neighborhood and nannyed for my uncles children (ages 10, 8 and 5) for two summers. I love children and loved being an older sister to my younger brothers. I have played basketball, lacrosse, tennis, soccer, ice hockey, flag football, softball, and participated in summer swim team. I like being outdoors and am creative and crafty. I also have been a camp counselor to 15 children where I was in charge of them for 8 hours a day. We played sports, did crafts, and learned about the world around us. I love to cook and bake and I am always excited to learn and teach with children.
