About Claire

Hi there! I'm a bubbly, trustworthy sitter with 4 cumulative years experience babysitting young children ages 6mo - 8 yrs. Most of my experience is with babies, toddlers, and young children 5 yo and that is my favorite age. I think we can all learn a bit from little kids curious perspectives! Additionally, I have 2 years experience as a mother's helper. I am comfortable helping with meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, and grocery shopping. I also take care of dogs and cats part-time, so I am comfortable with any pets you may have. During high school and college I was a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor. While my CPR and first aid certs have expired, I would be willing to get recertified, cost pending. As a former chemist, I consider myself pretty first-aid savvy have a thorough understanding of appropriate first aid responses. I'd describe my personality as communicative, engaging, and approachable. In my spare time, I like to read, write, bake, and travel.
