About Claire

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, patient, and caring. I like working with kids because no two days are the same. I want to be a good role model for the kids where I can help them learn and grow. I love children's playfulness and I can learn from there unique perspectives as well. I'm looking for a reliable job throughout the summertime, either full time or part time. I am hopeful to find a family that I fit well with. It is important to me to have a good relationship with the parents of the family. I started working with kids in May 2020 for a family with three kids, two girls and one boy. I babysat for this family full time throughout the summer. I helped the kids navigate online learning during Covid and created fun opportunities like scavenger hunts. I cared for the kids by preparing breakfast and lunch and I gave the kids rides to and from practices. One thing you should know about me is that I am studying to be an art teacher at the University of Toledo.
