About Claire

I am a certified Physical Therapist Assistant and have worked with the older population in assisted living and home health settings for the last 10 years. I have experience with clients with a wide variety of needs; to include dementia and memory loss, mobility assistance, cardiac disease, diabetes, etc. I am flexible and have no problem adjusting a days plan to fit a clients needs. I know how important it can be to stay in the know and I have great communication skills. I promote proper nutrition, hydration, skin care, staying active, and having a companion. I am CPR certified. I can do light cooking and housekeeping and would welcome an outing such as errands or activity. I am proficient in assisting with dressing and bathing as needed. I have recently moved from SC to WI with my husband and a small rat terrier dog. I enjoy doing triathlons, enjoy being outdoors (especially by the water), arts and crafts, and spending time with family. Please reach out to me with any questions!
