About Claire

For over 10 years now, I've worked with kids in a lot of different capacities, as a babysitter, a mentor, a tutor, an au pair, and an English teaching assistant! I'm very friendly, patient, and I like a lot of activities, including tennis, baking, and watercolors. I'm currently in law school so spending time with kids--doing the simple but fun things in life--is such a nice way to take a break from intense readings! Last year, while I was a student in Paris, I worked for a family who has a 12-year-old girl, and the year before that I worked for two families, each with 6-year-olds. I would be thrilled to keep up my French so if any French-speaking families are looking for a sitter, à bientôt j'espère ! I have also worked with kids of many different language and cultural backgrounds, which just enrichens the experience. I grew up with a dog, and have done apartment-sitting for my friends with cats so I'm now well-versed in caring for both types of animals!
