This is in no way a review of her skills as a nanny or how she is towards children. Punctuation is very important as punctuality shows respect of a job and towards others. When looking for a nanny we need someone to be on time as we have jobs to report to in a timely manner. I setup a time to interview at first at 2, she text and asked to meet at 3. We were understanding and said that was fine. It was 3:15 when she did not show or text, that 15 minutes makes a difference when someone is hired for a job and it's also a waste of time to me and my kids. I text her to say that because of our schedule and being on time is important we are moving along to a new candidate. She did not respond which I think is unprofessional.
