I have also had prior experience supporting elderly family members and currently enjoy spending time regularly with my very active 87-year-old former mother-in-law. I transport her to doctor, dentist and hair appointments, accompany her on shopping, lunch or dinner outings and other activities. I also cared for my grandmother until she passed at age 93. Keeping the elderly active and engaged in meaningful activities extends their life!
